Like most people, I switched from film to digital photography what seems like ages ago. The convenience of the format, the flexibility, the possibilities cannot be beat when it comes to options for digital artwork. Well, I have to admit that I kind of admit that I miss that old-school process.

I came across this article from 2006, written by producer Craig Elimeliah…. His breakdown on art versus design couldn’t be more insightful. He’s expressed the differences with such clarity and such thoughtfulness toward the perspective of the artist and designer alike. Very nicely done.
