Those who know me well are aware that my dearly beloved is a vegetarian. Not a tofu-pushin’ politician, or an animal rights activist; he just pays closer attention to the food that makes its way through his system. As a carnivore, it’s a daily challenge for me as his wife to develop creative meals with him and find great restaurants that serve both tastes. For this, he’s become inspired to start a blog that details various dining experiences from the “Veggie” point of view.
