Content is King

Designers get frustrated when having to chase their tales, designing for phantom content. When clients are unclear on messaging and vacillating on what goes where, it makes the task of creating a successful interface that much more difficult. Current standards have it all backwards; we need to instead approach website projects with the first task of “what do you want to say?” and “to whom do you want to say it?” A co-worker shared this article with our team that speaks to this problem:
